This unpopular, needless war of choice with Iran and our genocidal support of Israel by this cheetoh with a comb-over are military campaigns that are only going to get worse and more costly. This regime will not hesitate to drop AND provide $$billions$$ in bombs while we still have a federal minimum wage of $7.25 and many service workers continue to rely on an antiquated tip culture that’s basically a workers-paying-workers system.

The attached versions are in English and Spanish. They are intended to wide distribution to spread up-to-date and actionable information on how ICE tactics in the community are shifting, please print and share in any community space you have available to you, among your neighbors (both vulnerable and not), and encourage everyone you speak to about it to do the same! DETAINMENTS AT AIRPORTS ARE ON THE RISE

This update is being circulated by trusted immigration attorney partners: in the past 7+ days, we have received increased reports of ICE detaining noncitizens without status at airports who have pending immigration court cases or affirmative benefit applications. Incidents have occurred before and AFTER landing on domestic flights. Previously, the detentions focused on individuals with removal orders or admin warrants.

Out of an abundance of caution, we recommend folks without status (including with pending immigration court cases, USCIS petitions, and/or TPS) consult with an immigration attorney or community group with knowledge of the departure and ARRIVAL airport's enforcement practices PRIOR to going to airport.
